Redness, stinging or itching, and skin that feels unpredictable day to day.
- 01Use the oil cleanser with a little water.
- 02Rinse it straight off.
- 03Leave the toner out for now.
- 04Use the booster on its own.
- 05If your skin is clearly calmer after a day or two, add the moisturiser back alongside the booster.

Noticeably oily, and breaks out easily.
- 01Start with dry hands and a dry face. Do not wash your face first.
- 02Warm the oil cleanser between your palms.
- 03Work it evenly over the whole face, then rinse.
- 04One gentle pass with the toner on a cotton pad. This step matters.
- 05Pat dry, and apply nothing else yet.
- 06Give your skin two or three days. Once things have visibly settled, start the booster.
Let oily, breakout-prone skin settle first. Do not rush to layer products onto it.

Skin feels very dry, and breakouts sit trapped under the surface.
- 01Start with dry hands and a dry face.
- 02Work the oil cleanser out first, before any water.
- 03Add a little water — hands just damp is enough.
- 04Keep massaging gently, then rinse clean.
- 05Toner on a cotton pad, gently.
- 06Then the booster, and sunscreen in the morning.
Do not rub hard — one gentle pass is enough. Add the rest of the range only once your skin is less dry.

Questions
- Can I buy just one product?
- Yes. Every product is sold on its own. The bundles exist because the range is designed to work as a sequence, not because you have to buy it that way.
- How long does a bottle last?
- With daily use, the 100ml cleanser and toner last around two months each, and the 50ml booster and moisturiser around two months. The 20ml sunscreen is the smallest in the range and lasts around a month — apply it generously rather than sparingly, and expect to reorder it more often than the rest.
- How long does delivery take?
- Within seven days, shipped from Malaysia. You get a tracking number when it leaves us, and you can follow the order from your account.
- Can I use this on my phone?
- Yes. The whole site is built for a phone first, and works in English, 中文 and Bahasa Melayu.
- What if it does not suit my skin?
- Start with the routine for your skin type above — most problems are a matter of using too much too soon rather than the wrong product. If something feels uncomfortable, stop and message us, and we will help you adjust.
